All notepads are printed on high-quality 32lb paper that’s smooth, durable, and perfect for everyday writing - whether you’re jotting down lists, notes, or reminders.
✦ What size are your notepads?
Most of my notepads are 5x7 inches - perfect for desks, kitchen counters, or tossing into a bag for on-the-go use.
✦ Are your notepads tear-off style?
Yes! All notepads are tear-off pads, making it easy to use a page and go.
✦ Do you offer customizable designs?
Yes! Some designs can be personalized. Be sure to check the product listing details for customization options and instructions.
✦ How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
✦ How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they’re shipped (U.S. orders).
✦ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, I typically don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll make it right!
✦ What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within a few days of delivery with a photo, and I’ll take care of it.
✦ Can I request a custom design?
At this time, I do not offer custom made designs.
